According to MARBLE: The Top 5 Best Beaches in the World
A quick run down of our Top 5 Best Beaches in the World...
5. Rawa Island – Malaysia
Only a couple of hours north of the border with Singapore, and in to Malaysia, is an unassuming town called Mersing. You could easily be forgiven for thinking this town doesn’t have much to offer however, it’s the gateway to so many secluded Malaysian islands. Our favourite being, Rawa.
4. Nacpan Beach, El Nido
Nacpan Beach stretches out for four kilometres of soft cream-coloured sand, swaying coconut palms, a fishing village, clear aqua water and small surfable waves, it’s the kind of place you’d see if you closed your eyes and imagined paradise.
3. Turqouise Bay
A simple but apt name for the most beautiful expanse of crystal clear turquoise water we’ve ever seen. Turquoise Bay sits somewhere in the middle of nowhere just south of Exmouth on the West Coast of Australia. It’s definitely not the most accessible, with flights running from Perth to Exmouth twice daily, but definitely worth the trip.
2. Whitehaven Beach
The jewel of the Whitsunday Islands off the East coast of Australia, Whitehaven Beach can only be described as postcard perfect. Take a couple of days sailing trip into the Whitsundays and ask the crew to moor up for the night next to Whitehaven Beach. Sleep on deck and watch the sun come up over the beach. We promise, you won’t be disappointed.
1. Pangkil Island
Ultimate relaxation on your very own private island. Get a bunch of friends together, pack your bikini, and enjoy all the luxuries this little drop of paradise has to offer. If heaven exists on earth, this is it.
